Happy Solstice, wherever you are in the world

Happy approaching Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and Midwinter in the Southern world on June 21 at 02.22 UTC, (June 20 in some time zones - see www.timeanddate.com for the precise time in your location).

The  sun reaches full height in Northern climes and at the same time the sun is symbolically reborn in the Southern hemisphere. Some celebrate the Solstice for three days around this time.

As the Sun hovers on the cusp of Cancer or enters the zodiac sign of Cancer on June 21 (the precise date depending on the zodiacal divisions you follow) so the fizz and impetus of Gemini energise communicating and resolving concerns for family, mothers and children, partnerships, friendships and communities especially those who are suffering  from war. The Solstice in both hemispheres  increases appreciation of what we have as well as what is lacking that may not be too late to kindle, rekindle and or change.

Wherever you live you can benefit from the momentum of the fusion of solar power, Midsummer and Midwinter together, a global opportunity to make a renewed monumental effort if things haven’t worked out or to maximise opportunities as this solar point of contrasts fuses cosmically into one on both sides of the world.

For the Solstice opens a window of great good fortune in both hemispheres.

Michael, the Archangel of the Sun as dawn breaks though on Solstice morn and Galgaliel, Lord of the Sun and the sun wheel as it turns though the year, align the cosmic and earthly Solstices, revealing ingenious ways of bringing dreams into reality with the surge of Solstice power.

Whether you want to change a run of bad luck or take advantage of the infusion of sun power to make life more as you want it and to break through barriers and restrictions, think lucky and you’ll be lucky, act fortunate and the energies of good fortune will be drawn to you to give shimmering sunshine whatever the weather so you can shine in the world.
